LogMaster HiTemp140 Stainless Steel Logger Q-Series This probe is more durableThe HiTemp140 series data loggers record temperatures in high temperature and harsh environments with high precision. Each model includes a stainless steel enclosure that allows readings to be logged in operating environments from 4 to 284F ( 20 to 140C). The fixed external probe is capable of measuring from 328 to 500F ( 200 to 260C) in air, liquids, and semi solid products. Choose from 5 standard probe lengths: 1 inch, 2 inch, 5. 25 inch, 7 inch, or
