Hacienda la Perilla, 'El Pinto' Palomino, 2025 *Good Stock liquorice and violetsThis is as crisy, dry wine made from 100% Palomino. Plenty of citrus and crunchy green apple with white flowers on the nose. The finish is salty and clean. I would have this wine as an aperitif or pop open some salty crisps to compliment that salty finish on the wine.
