Pear Tree Sauvignon Blanc (12) Sydney Coming in at almost 4Pear Tree vineyard is located in the Waihopai Valley on a flat top ridge. The terroir is very different to the rest of Marlborough as it sits on a clay base soil which producers lovely tropical flavours with strong lemon acids that balance the wine beautifully. The wine is partially barrel fermented and yeast lees stirring gives the wine a lovely creamy richer middle palate. Top Marlborough NZ sauvy that goes well with all seafood.
